Occasionally, we get new parts or returns that have cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the functionality of the part. Rather than toss them in the scrap bin, we offer the parts for sale at a deeply discounted price. In many cases, the location of the blemish prevents it from even being seen once the part is installed. Like all of our products, we still guarantee it to be the correct fit and to work properly and will offer to exchange components should anything need adjustment, or simply set up a free return if you decide that you are not happy with the product. Our normal return policy applies to all scratch and dent products.

The goal of our classic gauge kits is to make installing auxilliary gauges easier than ever by including every last piece of hardware you will need to install the selected gauges in your car. From sender adapters, to wiring, the gauge mounts, the gauge itself, everything down to the last zip tie, we've included all of the pieces you'll need to get the job done. Our kits feature high quality analog gauges from Marshall Instruments which are Made in the USA.
Oil Pressure
An oil pressure gauge provides real-time monitoring of your engine's oil system, allowing for early detection of problems like leaks, pump failures, or clogged filters. In the event of a major leak or catastrophic failure of the oil system, an oil pressure gauge can prevent terminal damage to your engine by giving you time to shut the car down. The gauge provides a continuous reading of oil pressure, allowing you to monitor the engine's health under various driving conditions.
Tapless Adapter
On 1st Gen MINIs we use our Tapless Adapter which piggybacks off of the factory oil pressure sensor near the oil filter and provides a 1/8 NPT port to install the oil pressure sending unit. This version of the kit includes a Marshall Instruments oil pressure gauge which measures oil pressure from 0 - 100 psi and has a silver face to match the factory cluster.
Oil Temp
Oil temperature is a key performance metric to monitor in your engine. During spirited or track driving, an oil temp gauge will tell you when it's safe to start pushing and when you need to back off. During normal driving, monitoring oil temp can give premptive warning to other issues such as cooling system failure or low oil level. The gauge provides a continuous reading of oil temperature, allowing you to monitor the engine's health under various driving conditions.
Ease of Use
On 1st Gen MINI's we use our oil drain plug sender adapter which allows for the temp sender to be installed directly into the oil drain plug. This version of the kit includes a Marshall Instruments oil temperature gauge which measures oil temperature in Fahrenheit from 140° - 280° and has a silver face to match the factory cluster.
Gauge Mount
This kit includes our dual guage mount for the **make** **model** **gen**.The bracket simply attaches to the back of the tachometer and provides a mounting location for two of our 52mm gauge cups. The gauges can be mounted either above or below the tachometer symetrically on either side.

We ship orders every weekday. All orders placed by 2:00 pm PT will ship the same day. You will receive a shipping notification when we print the label for your order. The tracking will not indicate that the order has been shipped until it is picked up and scanned in by the carrier. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PT on Friday will ship on Monday.
