The goal of our classic gauge kits is to make installing auxilliary gauges easier than ever by including every last piece of hardware you will need to install the selected gauges in your car. From sender adapters, to wiring, the gauge mounts, the gauge itself, everything down to the last zip tie, we've included all of the pieces you'll need to get the job done. Our kits feature high quality analog gauges from Marshall Instruments which are Made in the USA.

Boost

A boost gauge is easily the most fun gauge to watch when you are enjoying your forced induction car. While fun alone is reason enough to install a boost gauge, they have some practical uses too. By monitoring boost pressure, you can quickly identify issues like boost leaks, overboosting, or underboosting. This allows you to address problems before they cause significant damage to your engine or turbocharger.

Simple Sending

In our 2nd Gen MINI kit, you will use our PSIclone sender adapter, which piggybacks off of the OEM sending unit located under the airbox. This kit features a standard Marshall Instruments gauge which measures vacuum and boost from -30 inHG to 30 psi and has a silver face to match the factory cluster.

Oil Pressure

An oil pressure gauge provides real-time monitoring of your engine's oil system, allowing for early detection of problems like leaks, pump failures, or clogged filters. In the event of a major leak or catastrophic failure of the oil system, an oil pressure gauge can prevent terminal damage to your engine by giving you time to shut the car down. The gauge provides a continuous reading of oil pressure, allowing you to monitor the engine's health under various driving conditions.

Tapless Adapter

On 2nd Gen MINIs we use our Tapless Adapter which piggybacks off of the factory oil pressure sensor on the oil filter housing and provides a remote 1/8 NPT port to install the oil pressure sending unit. This version of the kit includes a Marshall Instruments oil pressure gauge which measures oil pressure from 0 - 100 psi and has a silver face to match the factory cluster.

This kit is compatible with 2nd Gen Pre-LCI MINIs which use the N12 or N14 engine.

Water Temp

While most vehicles have some form of water tmperature gauge built in, they don't offer precise measurement, and instead show a vauge 'cold' or 'hot' range. The Marshall Instruments warter temp gauge displays the exact temperature, which can not only prevent overheating but also aid in diagnosing cooling system issues. Beyond that, the water temp gauge can help you protect your engine during performance driving.

The Hot Link

On 2nd Gen MINIs, we utilize our Hot Link sender adapter which installs inline in the upper radiator hose replacing an existing coupling. The Hot Link sender adapter is compatible with both manual transmission and automatic transmission vehicles which have a return line teed into this coupler. This kit features a Marshall Instruments water temperature gauge which reads temperature in Fahrenheit from 100° - 260° and has a silver face to match the factory cluster.

Gauge Mount

This kit includes our triple guage mount for the **make** **model** **gen**. The bracket simply attaches to the back of the tachometer and provides a mounting location for three of our 52mm gauge cups. The gauges will surround the tachometer with two below and one above to the right.
