Scratch and Dent?
Occasionally, we get new parts or returns that have cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the functionality of the part. Rather than toss them in the scrap bin, we offer the parts for sale at a deeply discounted price. In many cases, the location of the blemish prevents it from even being seen once the part is installed. Like all of our products, we still guarantee it to be the correct fit and to work properly and will offer to exchange components should anything need adjustment. Please note that we do not issue refunds for scratch and dent parts.
We love our shop RAM 1500, but there was one nasty flaw that kept literally biting us. When the automatic locks trigger and the plunger on the drivers side door goes down, it has a tendency to give the driver a nast pinch! We knew we wanted to get rid of this problem so we developed a method to remove the factory plunger and replace it with a decorative cap to maintain the factory look.
Free Domestic Shipping
We ship orders every weekday. All orders placed by 2:00 pm PT will ship the same day. You will receive a shipping notification when we print the label for your order. The tracking will not indicate that the order has been shipped until it is picked up and scanned in by the carrier. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PT on Friday will ship on Monday.
