Occasionally, we get new parts or returns that have cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the functionality of the part. Rather than toss them in the scrap bin, we offer the parts for sale at a deeply discounted price. In many cases, the location of the blemish prevents it from even being seen once the part is installed. Like all of our products, we still guarantee it to be the correct fit and to work properly and will offer to exchange components should anything need adjustment. Please note that we do not issue refunds for scratch and dent parts.
The pro version of our Platypus wrench comes in a premium stainless steel material. Aside from the standard 15mm opening that is used to install or remove your Platypus, this version also features hex cutouts that allow removal and installation of the hext stud if needed.
This wrench is an optional upgrade over the steel wrench that is included with all Platypus kits.
Free Domestic Shipping
We ship orders every weekday. All orders placed by 2:00 pm PT will ship the same day. You will receive a shipping notification when we print the label for your order. The tracking will not indicate that the order has been shipped until it is picked up and scanned in by the carrier. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PT on Friday will ship on Monday.
