Occasionally, we get new parts or returns that have cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the functionality of the part. Rather than toss them in the scrap bin, we offer the parts for sale at a deeply discounted price. In many cases, the location of the blemish prevents it from even being seen once the part is installed. Like all of our products, we still guarantee it to be the correct fit and to work properly and will offer to exchange components should anything need adjustment, or simply set up a free return if you decide that you are not happy with the product. Our normal return policy applies to all scratch and dent products.

The Cravenspeed short shifter is a fantastic replacement for the stock shifter. The feel of the shifter is so much more specific and comfortable than the OEM. The quality and tolerances of the Cravenspeed shifter and knob are impressive. I wish that Cravenspeed made all of the accessories for my car.

Simple, but slightly tedious installation in my Clubman. Love the outcome though, great shift feel. Would definitely buy the retaining clip though, getting the old one out without damaging it would be challenging, plus the adjustability of Craven Speed’s version is a nice feature.

It's great accept It's very hard to tighten the hight adjuster withoutruining the nut. I wish they ship a tool to do that because mine bolted out on me when I was racing.

Ho acquistato lo short shift + shift well cover dall'Italia, spedizione super veloce, kit perfetto, mancavano le istruzioni (una loro mail dice per risparmiare carta, mi piace ma avrei voluto quella mail con link per istruzioni all'acquisto non dopo giorni, oppure bastava un QR code all'interno del pacco) ma comunque il mio meccanico non ha avuto difficoltà ad installarlo.

Installed this for a customer’s 2020 ND2. It’s INCREDIBLY loud at higher RPMS through 3rd and 4th gear. Like it rattles as if something is broken in the transmission. Also, there was a very small o-ring that I could not find where to install it and with no instructions. He and I both love the look and feel after install but it’s been maybe two weeks and he’s having issues getting second due to the plastic reverse lockout plate. It NEEDS to be steel or brass. It wears out quickly as much as he drives (weekly Touge/ Autocross events.) These are my only complaints. Don’t downplay the shifter rattle. It is horrendous.
